Stream 1 — Residence:

• Appeals against residence declines on:
  • the facts, and
  • exceptions to policy

Stream 2 — Protection:

• Appeals against refugee/protection declines based on the facts. Humanitarian appeal against expulsion then becomes available (if applicable).

Stream 3 — Expulsion:

• Appeals against liability for expulsion based on the facts (if applicable). Humanitarian appeal against expulsion then becomes available (if applicable).
