The Immigration Authority deals with:

• Appeals against residence if declined on:
  • the facts, and
  • exceptions to policy
• Appeals against liability for expulsion based on the facts (if applicable) and humanitarian appeals against expulsion (if applicable).

Refugee Authrority deals with;

• Appeals against refugee/protection if declined.
• If it is applicable, humanitarian appeals against expulsion can become available, although this is dealt with by the Immigration Authority.
