The Department of Labour would like your feedback on our proposed public enforcement policy on the Health and Safety in Employment Act. The draft document ‘Keeping Work Safe’ is available for download in PDF format and outlines the approach the Department of Labour is proposing to take.

We want to hear what you think about the proposed approach, as well as any general thoughts you have on issues relating to the enforcement of the Health and Safety in Employment Act.
