MBIE welcomes suggestions to help us improve our services. If you are dissatisfied with the service you have received, we would like to know. Provide feedback if you would like to make a complaint about our service delivery. Your complaint will be acknowledged promptly within three working days of its receipt.

All telephone calls to 0800 20 90 20 are recorded to help us to improve the quality of our customer service and to ensure that the information we provide to our customers is consistent and accurate. Records of all calls are held securely by MBIE. You can ask for access to the recording of your call by writing to us at PO Box 105-183 Auckland Central. You will need to clearly identify who you are and your contact details, and provide us the exact details of the day and time of your call, and the phone number you called from.
