Training Programme for Health and Safety Representatives in the Workplace

This two-day course explains the roles and responsibilities of the Health and Safety representative in the workplace. It is explicitly written and moderated to ensure it addresses the criteria under the Health and Safety Act and the Employment Relations Act for the training of the representatives under this legislation. This course aims to provide Health and Safety Representatives with the skills and knowledge needed for the successful management of health and safety through ‘Good Faith’ cooperation with employers, fellow employees and their representatives.
