An Online Enquiry service may enable you to view the current status of your application on our website, provided that the function is activated when we receive your application.
To ensure this you must provide your email address in the contact details section of your application form.
When this service is activated by the officer who receives your application, an automatic email is generated and sent to your nominated email address.
The email contains instructions on setting up your personal homepage, through which you will be able to track the progress of your application/s with Immigration New Zealand.
If you are having problems with the instructions in that email, please contact our Immigration Contact Centre via email or phone.
Already submitted an Online application?
If you have submitted an online application (eg. Working Holiday or Expression of Interest) your online account is already set up - you need to log back in to your Online Services account and click on "My application" link on the right hand side.
Your application status will be displayed on this page.
