Contacting your Visa Application Centre

Some overseas Immigration NZ branches use Visa Application Centres (VAC) which collect all applications, passports and other related documents on behalf of Immigration New Zealand.

If you need to contact your VAC or find out if your processing branch uses one, please use our Office and Fees Calculator which will give you the contact details.
