Immigration Contact Centre is open Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 7:00pm (New Zealand time). Opening hours may vary on public holidays. Their telephone numbers are:
*UK Contact Centre is a local establishment open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays - calls charged at £1.00 per minute from a BT land line.
**Some of our branches outside of New Zealand have their direct telephone number published in their branch pages on our website. If you have an application processing in any of those branches, you are welcome to telephone them directly for information.
Contacting your Visa Application Centre
Some overseas Immigration NZ branches use Visa Application Centres (VAC) which collect all applications, passports and other related documents on behalf of Immigration New Zealand.
