The Future of Work
The Future of Work project provides information on New Zealand and global trends that have implications for the future of the workplace, the workforce, employment opportunities and labour market regulation.
The Future of Work website contains relevant news and the project’s publications.
Research is being commissioned, in particular on:
- Technology and the labour market
- Skill acquisition
- Youth and the labour market
- The ageing workforce
- Work-life balance
- Alternative work arrangements
The project also encourages debate and interest in Future of Work issues through information releases and by hosting forums for discussing influences on the nature of work.
