Copy of emergency procedures and any revisions R8(3) Before commencement of the operation and as soon as practicable after any revisions are made -
Notification of initial discharge of petroleum vapours or gases requiring flaring R11 24 hours prior to initial discharge Notified in writing
Notification of certain events relating to well drilling operations R14 20 days before the day on which the operation commencesAs soon as practicable after any alteration Particulars set out in Schedule 1 (parts 1,2,3 and 4 - as appropriate)
Well drilling summary report R16 Copies of daily records and summary report are supplied as soon as practicable Daily record particulars set out in Schedule 2Summary report Particulars set out in Schedule 3
Notification of certain events R19 As soon as practicable - failure in any part of primary pressure containment system of a well- steps the employer proposes to take in order to remedy the failure
Safety case R22(2) All practicable steps ensure copy set at least 2 months prior to construction, operation or abandonment  
Revisions to safety case R22(3) All practicable steps ensure copy of any revision of safety case is sent to Secretary as soon as practicable after revision is made  
Particulars of verification system R26(1)(a) Suitable verification scheme detail for approval As an alternative to Certificate of Fitness. Must contain particulars set out in Schedule 6
Safety case revision R27(d) Provide copy of revised safety case as soon as practicable after the revision is made  
Certificate of fitness R28(4) A copy of the certificate of fitness one month before the commencement of operations
