Regional Labour Market Reports

The Department of Labour publishes regional labour market reports to provide a consistent, timely and authoritative body of regional labour market information and develop better understanding of regional labour market trends, structure and characteristics.  There are currently three sets of reports:

Quarterly Regional Labour Market Reports

The Quarterly Regional Labour Market reports are a series of joint MSD/DoL reports that provide labour market information at a Regional Council level. They are published following the release of the Household Labour Force Survey (HLFS).

Annual In-depth Regional Labour Market Reports

The Annual In-depth Regional Labour Market reports provide a detailed look at the drivers of regional labour market dynamics with sub-regional (Territorial Authority) information included where available. They contain detailed and wide-ranging labour market statistics supplemented by qualitative information from the regions.

Regional Labour Market Overview

The Regional Labour Market Overview provides an overview of labour market trends and characteristics in Regional Council areas in a single report.
