Future Practitioners Forum members – and others ...

This is a revised text of my presentation/ discussion; obviously I ad libbed so the text isn’t always as I spoke. And I’ve added a few things – especially as I’m at GOVIS this week. I’d like to make this av ailable via a wiki so that we could all add our thoughts, and further references. And put in hypertext so it would be easier to click through to references. I’m exploring options with the SSC for the shared workspace.
