Partnership Resource Centre
Associates
Encouraging new ways of doing business and changing old behaviours can be a difficult and lengthy process requiring particular skills and understanding.
The Centre has a team of independent associates who will be available to work with employers, and unions on our behalf. They will provide support to organisations who want to develop constructive workplace partnerships, improve partnership practices or work through particular problems.
The associates are independent consultants with extensive knowledge and experience of industrial relations and organisational development. We have 13 associates available to work with organisations.
