Fiona Boddy

With over 15 years experience working in human resource and management consultant roles, Fiona has worked across a wide range of organisations in the areas of workforce development, leadership and development frameworks and managing change process.

Much of Fiona’s work involves organisations, teams and people who are in a significant change process.  She leads projects that impact on multiple stakeholders or business units, and works to assist divergent stakeholders to contribute, communicate about the future and achieve key outcomes that are mutually satisfactory.  This has included projects involving unions, employees, managers, and senior executive groups.

Fiona has a particular interest in leadership and performance, and currently facilitates a range of workshops in this field. 

Having an active involvement in community and small business development has also led Fiona to judge the Franklin Enterprise Trust Business Awards in 2006 and 2008.
