Lesley Fraser

Jen Breed.

Lesley has over 20 years experience in management, facilitation, communication, performance improvement and training in the education and social services sectors. She has also provided communications expertise to Carter Holt Harvey Tasman.

Since 2003 as a consultant in her own business, All the Difference, Lesley has provided facilitation, leadership coaching and training to a diverse range of organisations in both the public and private sectors.

Over the last two years Lesley has been the strategic facilitator for the Eastern Bay of Plenty Community Collaboration for the Prevention of Family Violence.   This is a very challenging community initiative, building relationships, trust and processes between member agencies, to enable them to work constructively and proactively together.

Recently Lesley has been part of a team working with management and nurses union delegates within the Bay of Plenty District Health Board to facilitate their Partnership Agreement progress.

Other recent projects have included reviews of inter-relationship dynamics and action planning for improvement with a number of the Bay of Plenty District Health Board teams and facilitation of the public consultation processes for the Whakatane District Council regarding the contentious issue of Coastal Hazards zoning.  Lesley has also consulted on strategic direction development and review at Board and Management level, with a number of small and medium businesses within the Bay of Plenty.

Clarity, testing assumptions and compelling action plans are the hallmark of Lesley’s work with her clients.   She is committed to sound process and focused, objective support to individuals and organisations as they unlock their potential.
