Steph Dyhrberg

Lawyer Steph Dyhrberg recently set up her own law practice, to provide pragmatic, strategic employment law advice and representation. Her clients include government departments, commercial entities of various sizes, charities, and individuals.

Prior to this, Steph has worked for a large commercial law firm (Russell McVeagh, Wellington), The Crown Law Office, and human resources specialists Right Management Consultants (formerly Greene Hanson, and The Empower Group). 

She values a proactive approach to resolving clients’ problems, and is particularly interested in training and development, working towards best practice , and promoting the use of mediation and facilitation.

When she’s not working she enjoys spending time with her extended family and getting outdoors with her husband and two young daughters.  Steph is a keen amateur singer and stage performer, and has recently taken up jazz singing.  And her newest interest is gardening, when the weather permits.
