Viv Thomson

As a consultant for 20 years, Viv Thomson has long standing relationships with unions and employers assisting them to achieve mutually satisfying results.

Viv is experienced in needs analysis, negotiation, resource development, mentoring and supervision, staff training, team functioning, and strategic organisation development. She is skilled at facilitating group processes in both public and private sectors, working with large and small groups.

Much of Viv's work is with staff experiencing major change. She brings her training as a sociodramatist into her approach when working with both individuals and groups to address issues that occur when adjusting to new situations.

Viv has long standing working relationships with unions and employers assisting them and working in partnership to achieve mutually satisfying results.

She is currently developing her interest in design, exploring product development.
