OUR ASSOCIATES
Adopting new ways of doing business and changing old behaviours can be a difficult and lengthy process. Often it requires particular skills that an organisation or union may not have on hand.
The Centre has a team of independent associates who are available to work with employers and unions. They provide support to organisations and unions that want to develop more constructive workplace partnerships, improve their current partnership practices, or work through particular problems.
