Partnership Resource Centre
What we offer
A successful partnership requires an investment of skills and resources. Many organisations would like to establish partnerships, but lack information or resources. We can provide support to help get initiatives under way.
Services include:
- Direct advice on partnership:
- what it can do;
- the benefits, implications and obstacles, and
- the processes associated with introducing it
- Supporting capability development for managers, union officials and delegates at different stages/levels of partnership
- Developing, delivering and disseminating specific resource and training materials, case studies and other tools to support partnership approaches
- Providing opportunities for shared learning and networking for managers and unionists involved in partnership initiatives
- Providing expert facilitative support at more advanced stages of partnership development or where obstacles have been encountered
- Offering training in improving interpersonal and inter-institutional processes, such as conflict resolution and business analysis
- Providing expertise in organisation development and change management
The Centre will develop a research and information base, drawing on local and international research. We will also organise events such as conferences to promote partnership.
