Overview

This diagram provides an overview of the structure of the relationships between New Zealand's Decent Work vision, the objectives that contribute to the vision, the critical success factors that influence each objective and the activities that are being carried out by government agencies and by union and employer groups to meet the critical success factors.

The diagram also shows the contribution of critical dependencies: conditions essential for decent work and institutional and regulatory underpinnings: current labour market institutional and regulatory system.

Each critical success factor can contribute to more than one strategic objective and each activity can also contribute to meeting more than one critical success factor.
