ILO Conventions Ratified by NZ 2008
This booklet provides a summary of each of the International Labour Conventions that New Zealand has ratified as at 31 August 2008, and a list of the agencies that administer them. It also provides a brief outline of how they are implemented in New Zealand, including references to relevant pieces of legislation.
This publication is a guide only and should not be used as a substitute for the Convention texts or for New Zealand legislation.
