How do I create a hazard register?
A hazard register is critical to the identification, control and management of hazards. The Hazard Handler resource can be used to create a hazard register that is customised to your workplace.
When you visit the Hazard Handler page, you will be able to download a template that contains practical information about how to identify and handle both generic and industry specific health and safety issues. Once you have downloaded the template from our website, you will be able to fill in the gaps in your own time.
